Personal Care - CNAs & HHAs
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Therapist, our Home Health Aides and Nursing Assistants provide:
- Assist with bathing
- Prepare and serve meals
- Light housekeeping
- Pickup groceries & medications
- Assist with ADL’s
- Assist with ambulation, transfers
- Assist with self administration of medications
Therapy Services
Our therapists evaluate each patient’s physical impairments and functional limitations and establish a plan of care in cohesion with the patient’s physician, in order to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
Our Therapists Can Offer:
- Assist in restoring and maintaining maximum musculoskeletal functions – from hip fractures to sprains, to patients with unsteady gait.
- Occupational therapy: Patient assessments of physical, communication, interactive & cognitive skills, planning & providing appropriate treatment/graded activities.
