We are a privately owned Home Health Agency, AHCA Licensed, ACHC accredited, bonded and insured. We know how important it is to manage every aspect of patient care, from the patient’s needs to the physician’s recommendations.
That’s why every service we provide is supervised by our licensed professional practitioners and administered from the initial consultation to recovery or treatment completion.
When working with patients, insurers, or physicians, Supreme Home Healthcare believes optimal home care requires the use and availability of a multi-disciplinary team of professional and competent administrative staff.
